We are looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
This position includes understanding the requirements of the role, making analyzes in terms of technical and behavioral competencies, and accordingly, placing suitable candidates for all open positions with high quality standards in a short time. Recruiting and attracting candidates from different platforms, review resumes and job applications to make phone calls, conducting competency-based interviews with candidates, organizing interviews and evaluations with technical assessors during the review processes, monitoring the interview process status and updating the recruitment reports, It is important to follow up through the recruitment tool and record the information to keep it up-to-date, to keep the database of potential candidates for future open positions, to contribute to the recruitment and orientation process, to support the consultant meeting and visit processes, and to participate in and support other HR projects.
The position aims to match the best candidates with the right roles in the company. We would like to work with experts who prefer to continue their careers in the field of IT Recruitment and people who are enthusiastic about generating ideas.
Requirements
• Having at least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably from Labor Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields,
• Knowing the recruitment and selection process from the beginning to the end,
• Good knowledge of Excel,
• Fluent in English,
• Good knowledge of social networking sites, job portals and sourcing methods,
• Have strong organizational, communication and time management skills with a flexible and proactive approach,
• Self-motivated and passionate about HR,
• Commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment processes,
• Recruitment information of IT Profiles.
