Requirements
• Computer, Software etc. bachelor's degree in engineering
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written (English)
• Revealing, analyzing and defining needs in contact with customers
• Determining the requirements in line with the requests from the customer and planning the necessary steps to implement the request.
• Identifying software development needs and product scope
• Making process maps and drawing flow diagrams
• Determining the needs, determining the development areas and taking the necessary actions
• To ensure the flow of needs between the customers and the software team
• Taking an active role in testing processes
• Ensuring the creation of reports, presentations and documents required for the product/service/solution
• To be informed in a timely manner within the scope of risks and to take risk preventive actions
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Experience working with Jira
