We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business units and implement HR strategies. In this role you will provide strategic support to business units across a broad range of HR areas, from recruitment to employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Managing HR processes together with business unit managers

Supporting recruitment, performance, and talent management processes

Running employee relations and engagement projects

Analyzing and reporting HR data

You will build a strong partnership with business units within a fast-changing organization.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in general HR

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Basic knowledge of labor law

Change management experience is a plus
